Warranty and Returns

This Return Policy does not cover returns based on likeability or price of product, however, if you are not 100% satisfied with our product due to damages or defects, you can return your wYerBox™ product by contacting Arce Electrical Equipment, Inc.(ArceEE) at (949) 954-5660 or To receive a full refund or exchange the product, customers are required to forward a copy of the purchase receipt for the retail store via email or fax (949) 202-1851 with “Reason of Return/Exchange” and Purchaser’s Address information, phone number and email address to receive postage label for return/exchange.

You can return your wYerBox™ product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep a copy of the receipt for your records, but please send us the original retailer’s receipt. ArceEE will ship a return check or replacement product or parts within 2 business days of receipt of the damaged product.

Returns to ArceEE are for refund of purchase and not exchange of product or parts. For returns on likeability or price of product are to be returned to the retailer locations per the retailer’s Returns/Exchange Policy not Arce Electrical Equipment, Inc.’s responsibility.

Return shipping of product to ArceEE will be at the cost Arce Electrical Equipment, Inc. upon receipt of items listed above. A postage label will be provided to the customer via mail and attached to original packing. Customer will then be responsible for dropping off product to nearest FedEx store for delivery to Arce Electrical Equipment, Inc. for your return/exchange needs.
