This Return Policy does not cover returns based on likeability or price of product, however, if you are not 100% satisfied with our product due to damages or defects, you can return your wYerBox™ product by contacting Integrated Solutions Incorporated, tel.: 949-222-1088 or [email protected]. To receive a full refund or exchange the product, customers are required to forward a copy of the purchase receipt for the retail store via email at [email protected] or fax (949) 202-1851 with “Reason of Return/Exchange” and Purchaser’s Address information, phone number and email address to receive postage label for return/exchange.

You can return your wYerBox™ product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep a copy of the receipt for your records, and please send us the original retailer’s receipt. Integrated Solutions Incorporated, will ship a return check or replacement product or parts within 2 business days of receipt of the damaged product.

Returns to Integrated Solutions Incorporated, are for refund of purchase and not exchange of product or parts. For returns on likeability or price of product are to be returned to the retailer locations per the retailer’s Returns/Exchange Policy not Integrated Solutions, Inc.’s responsibility.

Return shipping of product to Integrated Solutions Incorporated, will be at the customer’s cost upon receipt of items listed above. Return shipment to the customer will be paid by Integrated Solutions Incorporated.
